David is an associate in the Litigation & Investigations group at Allen & Overy. He has acted for companies, financial institutions and individuals in commercial disputes in the High Court, competition and regulatory investigations by the FCA, bribery investigations by the SFO, and appeals of decisions of the Pensions Ombudsman. David has worked in the firm’s London and Paris offices.
